a new kind of workout

Patrick Moberg came up with this pretty cool New (Media) Workout Plan that you should try doing while surfing the web. If you find yourself spending too much time on different sites, like facebook, hi5, twitter, you should try performing one of these exercises everytime you log on to them. It will either get you in better shape if you actually do the exercise before visiting the sites or it will make you waste less time browsing the internet. I think I should make up a plan like this since I definitely spend too much time on google reader and my blog. Which websites do you check more often each day??

  2. Nu prea am timp de exercitii, insa un astfel de orar zilnic ar trebui sa mi-l pun in fata calculatorului. Cateodata nu reusesc nici sa ma loghez pe blog si sa moderez comentariile.

    Hmmmm, pe astea nu prea le inteleg. Sa fie oare din cauza faptului ca am cont numai pe Facebook? :) )
