This tv show follows the story of a deception expert played by the talented Tim Roth. It’s really interesting, I highly recommend it.

În emisiunea lui, Eat to save your life, se iau mai mulţi englezi cu o dieta nesănătoasă, un doctor, un nutriţionist şi un doctor german care face autopsii pe cadavrele unor oameni obezi, se amestecă bine şi se dau sfaturi despre ce ar trebui să mâncăm şi ce nu. Informaţiile din emisiune sunt mai mult bazate pe date din Anglia, dar sfaturile sunt general valabile. În principiu ni se recomandă să mâncăm în fiecare zi alimente ce conţin fibre, gen fasole boabe, mazăre, cafea, fulgi de ovăz, prune. Evitaţi grăsimile saturate. Este de preferat să utilizăm uleiul de măsline, de cânepă sau rapiţă în locul uleiului de floarea soarelui când gătim. Uleiul din peşti precum tonul, somonul, macroul este foarte bun şi ajută în problemele cu inima. Lintea, năutul, fasolea, antioxidanţii din ciocolata neagră, vinul roşu, zmeura şi căpşiunile ajută la scăderea colesterolului. Informaţiile sunt multe, rezultatele testelor medicale făcute pe aceşti englezi sunt uneori îngrijorătoare, iar autopsiile sunt de-a dreptul şocante. Eu zic că merită să urmăriţi emisiunea.
Some of my favourite tv series won this year at the Emmys. I’m very happy about Jim Parsons winning the award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in “The Big Bang Theory“. I just love this show and Jim makes a great role playing doctor Sheldon Cooper, a comics lovin physicist, incapable of understaning many human feelings. I’m also happy about Mad Men winning the award for outstanding drama series and for Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul from “Breaking Bad“for winning . Breaking Bad is a crime, drama serie about a high school chimestry teacher who finds out he has last stage cancer and starts cooking and selling meth with a former student in order to secure his family’s financial future.

Kasabian’s Underdog is just a song I’ve been listening to a lot lately. I don’t know what it is, but I just can’t have enough of it. I discovered it while watching a new small TV series called Misfits. If you enjoyed watching Skins, you’re probably gonna love this one too. It’s all about teen drama, amazingly wicked British, Irish accents and…superpowers, yes chavs with superpowers. I do have to warn you that the first season, if I can call it like that, only has 6 episodes, but they are sure worth your time. Alrightie then, enjoy the tune mates!
